The Family Flooring Concepts story begins with family. We are a family owned and operated flooring store serving the Greater Houston area with transparency and integrity. We are very pleased to offer beautiful waterproof and wood products in the Greater San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin areas as well. Owners Patrick and Olinpia both worked there way up the retail ladder in the flooring industry. Working for one of the biggest and longest tenured flooring stores in Texas, Patrick found his way as a successful salesperson, team leader, and later store manager. Olinpia made her way in the industry through hard work and continuously adding to her flooring and flooring design knowledge. With this experience at a large store the two believed they could start a small family business that was customer focused, and helped all different types of families with there flooring needs. The true mission is to assist our clients with transparency and integrity while working diligently to offer industry leading products, knowledge, and installation, at a price that is fair. This type of customer focus and core values is what we believe has made us successful and our flooring customers happy.
