The owners of this independently owned flooring store were a joy to work with. I was in a bind when another larger store was not able to deliver in time (two delays). I needed a floor and I needed it right away. The owners met me at their store on short notice on a Friday afternoon. Before I arrived, they already knew what was in stock at the warehouse (only one open on Saturday for pickup) and pulled all those samples for me to pick from. I got a great deal on a quality floor that I liked and was able to pick it up at the warehouse before my contractor arrived for install on Saturday morning. Everything was so pleasant, efficient, and professional. I'll never go anywhere else!

We researched flooring companies and solicited quotes from several different companies. Family Flooring Concepts was always the first to respond and quickly scheduled us for an onsite consultation. From the first meeting with Patrick and his wife, we were sold. They were authentic, friendly, and honest. Since, I am so picky though, we continued to solicit quotes just to make sure. No other flooring company came close to the level of treatment that FFC had so far produced and promised.
Unlike, most other companies, FFC didn’t “forget” about us once we placed our order. Patrick personally called me with updates and answered any questions that we had. We were renovating a room and requested that FFC come out twice - first to install in most rooms, then to install in the renovated room. Installation #1 was perfect. Patrick and his wife even drove out to our home (which is about an hour from their office) to make sure everything was going as planned.
We scheduled install #2 for a week later for when the renovation was scheduled to finish. Even though it was a small job, FFC rearranged schedules to meet our request. Unfortunately, our renovation didn’t finish on time and we had to reschedule. FFC was understanding and quickly rescheduled. Unfortunately again, our renovations got pushed back 2-3 more times which forced FFC to rearrange their schedule 2-3 times just for us.
When the renovation was FINALLY complete I called Patrick to get the final install rescheduled once more. We wanted FFC to come out the next day but their schedule was already full. Amazingly, Patrick apologized for not being able to come out even though the scheduling issue was all our fault.
FFC was able to come out the following day, their installers showed up at the exact time they said they would and they did a fantastic job.
Costco is known as one of the most customer friendly organizations today because of their excellent customer service, top of the line products, and best prices. FFC is the Costco of flooring!
And the best part of this experience was FFC gave us the best price! We highly recommend Family Flooring Concepts!

Family Flooring Concept is the right choice for your flooring needs! We had a big Nation wide company to install our flooring. The contractor advised that the sub-floor was not included in the project which the salesman said it was all included. Contractor showed me in the contract was checked not included!
It wasn’t noticed when we signed it.carpet was already taken up. I called the company and was advised it would be $2500 more for it. I refused and had to find another contractor to do the sub floor. Less than half was saved. On the stairs I was quoted an outrageous price. They advised to install carpet. We agreed but it just didn’t look right.
Through word of mouth Concept Flooring ordered the stair-noses from the factory they weren’t available in our area. Also they sent out an installer for my stairs and as a result here are my beautiful stairs! I wish I can give 10 stars to FAMILY FLOORING CONCEPT!

Patrick was quick to schedule for a measurement and very professional from A-Z. He worked with my budget and strained timeframe days/weeks ahead of Big Boxes, and kept in touch each step of the way. I felt like he really cared about my (relatively small) project.
The install crew was friendly and diligent, and the seams and edges look great!
